What's on your mind?

Do I have to build anything?
No. The cabins are built off-site on steel skids, then placed and levelled. They run on solar and rainwater with composting toilets, so there's no grid connection, septic tank or borehole to dig.
What if it doesn't work out?
Because the cabins are portable, they can be moved and the land returned as it was.
Who will be coming onto my land?
Guests who book through Tũra, plus our own staff and contractors for cleaning and maintenance. We agree access routes and security arrangements with you before anything is installed.
Do the cabins need county approval?
The cabins are non-permanent and relocatable. We still register with the Tourism Regulatory Authority and license at county level.
How is my share calculated?
You receive 20% of gross guest revenue from the cabins on your land, paid monthly, with a clear statement of nights sold.
